I have two pieces of memorial jewellery from this company. With the first piece, I was very specific on the colour I wanted. It had to be just right. My little dogs ashes were treated with compassion and respect. It was incredibly emotional receiving the finished piece, but it brings me so much comfort. A year later, I lost my 15 year old cat, and once again, wanted a memorial piece. Matt made sure it was just perfect, and have now have Milo with me forever. A wonderful, friendly and caring company 💚

I need photos to put in a locket for my daughter's wedding. Annalise offers advice about locket photos including "If you are unsure, you can send us your photos first and we will be happy to help advise." I sent photos 5 days ago and have heard nothing from them in response. Disappointed.

Edited to add - I contacted Matt following his response. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist. I now have the locket photos I need and am very happy with them. Rating amended accordingly.

My charm is absolutely beautiful, I wouldn't hesitant to have other things made in future.

Ordered some locket photos for my wife's birthday present at 11.30am on the 29th, was printed and dispatched the same day and I received it in the post today on the 30th.

Photos are excellent, delivery was excellent and fairly charged. Will use again.

Have purchased picture charms twice and have always been efficient in dealing with the order and very quick to respond to enquiries. Items ordered were excellent and really pleased. No hesitation in buying in the future.

I ordered some locket photos and paid extra for delivery to be on 23rd sept.
I have not yet received the items. I have sent 2 emails with no response and when I have contacted them via telephone I was greeted with an answer machine. The items were for my daughters birthday which is now too late. Very disappointed and frustrated that no one has responded to my emails

Above & beyond. I ordered a pet ashes charm and it came back with a beautiful card as well. All so dignified and the communication through out was impeccable. I would certainly recommend for ashes jewellery.

Ordered a custom charm from Annalise Jewellery on 08/02, and the service and communication was perfect.

I needed this in time for a birthday gift on 15/02 and I received the charm on 11/02, great quality and wish I could rate them higher!

Needed some locket photos turned around quickly - and managed to get them within 24 hours. Great quality product, brilliant service, and good value too. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I ordered the Locket Sized Photos from Annalise and they look fantastic!

More importantly, their customer service was really good. Royal Mail had some trouble delivering the product, but Matt @Annalise was always responding to emails, got a back up sent out and even sent me digital copies.

If it wasn't for the customer service, I'd be giving them a 3/5 so really well done overall on both the product, and the service!

I ordered a photo charm from this company approx 10 days before Christmas. Unfortunately Royal Mail messed up the delivery and even though it showed on tracking the item had been delivered it had not. I had no joy getting through to Royal Mail so I contacted Annalise Jewellery to inform them. I had a phone call from them almost immediately apologising (even through it wasn’t their fault) and informing me they would contact Royal Mail on my behalf. I was totally stressed about it all and that phone call totally calmed me and took the heat out of the situation. Communication is everything and this company has it in spades. The charm did arrive in time for Christmas and it is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be purchasing again. Thank you

Absolutely fabulous in every way. I found Annalise Jewellery via a Google search 'locket photographs' and was unsure not having used the website before - and so glad I did. The photographs for my late mother's locket fitted perfectly and were of a high standard. Took only four days for delivery and was packed well. Staff responded to my message immediately too. Highly recommend 7* and will buy from again.

I used the contact form on the website to send in a photo so I could get a preview before I ordered. Even though this was a Sunday evening I had a response within a couple of hours and Matt couldn’t have been more helpful. I ordered the same day and my order was dispatched a couple of days later and arrived two days after that. So from enquiry to receiving my order it was less than a week.
The charm I ordered is beautiful, excellent quality and packaged very well. I thoroughly recommend Annalise Jewellery and would order from them again without hesitation.

This is a family run business and I cannot recommend them enough. I was browsing for memorial jewellery a week before my daughters birthday, who was born sleeping 1 year ago. I contacted the company to see if it would be possible to get an order in time for her birthday. They were so understanding and went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect and it arrived 2 days early! The presentation and care put into each item was immaculate and beautiful. We ordered 2 ashes pieces and 3 photo pieces and all are excellent quality. I like that these pieces are subtle but stunning.
