Trainer’s I ordered not suitable for delivery picked next size down to try on their suggestion still waiting to receive after paying for fastest. Delivery been waiting around a week

Very smooth transaction including swapping my boots for a different size. The boots are very good quality and it's so nice to find a decent wide fit for once. They are generously sized, hence me going down a size. I will definitely buy from Feather and Sole again.

I bought 2 pairs of boots and 1 pair of trainers. I couldn't resist the sale - wide fit leather footwear for £40?! Yes please. It's so nice to have more choice for wide fit folk.

I ordered the Roma zip heeled suede boots. These are beautifully comfy - I ordered for a Christmas party and they even arrived in time despite the postal strikes, a Christmas miracle. I have large calves being a plus size lady, so they don't zip up all the way. However, the zips 60% up looked like a style decision so I was happy enough.

Also ordered white snakeskin trainers - these fit perfectly. Love that they look a little different.

Lastly I ordered the khaki biker boots. Again these are for smaller calves than mine, but hopefully I can fit that by loosening the laces. The straps were plenty big enough though.

in terms of sizing, I'm generally a 7EEE in most wide fit retailers but these are EE. I also noticed the euro size for a 7 was 40 - some places it's 41, so I actually ordered up to a size 8 in this brand (in case it helps anyone else!) All three pairs in an 8 fit fine.

Was very impressed by the quality of the leather in all three pairs. They feel very high end. I would 100% order from Feather and Sole again.

I ordered 2 pairs - and was very happy when they arrived the next day ....super quick ! Both pairs were excellent quality.

Great service and even better shoes. My partner loved them and immediately bought more after getting her first pair.

Comfiest boots l have tried- truly feather like!

I ordered my first pair of boots which arrived on time and were lovely quality, just a little too big for me. Amy kindly sent me a barcode to use to return them and get them replaced with a pair a size smaller, and with no hassle. Can't wait for my smaller boots to arrive !

The sandals looked very nice but unfortunately were not quite as comfortable as I had hoped - I slipped a little in them. It might be that I need to wear them in.

These are a tad more than I would normally pay [ even at a discount ], but they are great trainers - love the combination of black and zebra skin look. Plenty wide enough for my feet and soft from the moment I put them on. Super-fast service and I'll be back for more. Well done
