I liked that he conducted most viewings himself, was prompt with feedback and moved the process along effectively. When my buyer pulled out he wasted no time in arranging further viewings and a prompt sale enabling me to go ahead with my purchase. I have no reservations in my recommendation.

The sale proved to be difficult with buyers dropping out and then the Truss budget disaster. Throughout Richard kept going and provided a calming presence when we were getting very stressed. The completion happened very quickly and Richard was on hand to help us through that. I would highly recommend Fernalls.
