Bought these pumps for the spring/summer and they arrived within a couple of days of ordering them. I love the colour, love the fit and I love that they are not flat and give me a bit of height!! A great buy for me.

Great quality items, great service & quick delivery

never have i ever received such a rude and horrible customer service experience. i returned my order on 21st feb well within the 14 days requested by Fearlesss and only received my money back on 19th march after chasing this for nearly 4 weeks!!! after emailing them they hadn't realized i had returned my items and "looked into this for me"!! then nothing...
i was initially told that i couldn't have my money back as they "dont use this system anymore" and said i could have a credit note or sent via paypal which i dont use. i requested my money back via bacs transfer to which i was told no!
after further chasing and emails i was told that i could have the money back and they wouldnt waiver the delivery cost as "they had gone above and beyond" to get the manager to return to me via bacs. when i highlighted that i still hadn't received my money i was sent a rude and abrupt message saying "never said this was instant did i"
after emailing a few more times i finally got my money back. the experience has been horrible and stressful. it shouldn't take me chasing an "established company" to get a refund that im entitled to. i just hope no one else goes through the same hassle this diabolical company has given me.

Ordered Saturday evening, delivered Tuesday which is always good when a delivery is faster than expected. Quality of items are brilliant and customer service is great, far better than I’ve experienced from other websites, there was a nice personal touch to it. Would definitely order again

Excellent service, quick and easy!

I ordered from Germany and was very surprized how fast my order arrived. After 3-4 days I received my package. The dress and it’s color were just like the picture, only the sizing was a little to big for me but that‘s just my case.
And they regularly have discount codes so the pricing was affordable too. Just the newsletter mails are waaaaaay to many. 🙈 I‘m definitely gonna order again, the clothes are beautiful.

I got this in a 18. I’m usually a 16 but thought I’d order this in a bigger size.
It fits but had to do the wiggle to get it on. Keeping it as I’m loosing weight anyway. I have big thighs so struggled getting it over them.
