I ordered a new fuse box fan for my 2003 bmw z4 2.5i automatic. The product I ordered was advertised as being compatible with my specific make and model. I went to install the fan and saw that the connector is completely different from what is found on my stock fan. I reached out to get a refund and they are only offering store credit and I am required to pay for return shipping. The product was falsely advertised. Why should I have to pay the price of their mistake on something that wasn’t even cheap.

I've been using them for over a decade now, so, plenty of time for that to have happened - it never has.

The availability of numerous different kits targeted for certain tasks is what keeps me coming back. Instead of having to hunt around for all the little washers and bolts I need, everything has been included in the kit for the year and model of my car. This saves a lot of time and prevents order mistakes. This is especially important for vehicles that have a lot of single-use fasteners.

My first order I placed on a Saturday and I had it in Canada on Tuesday. Good prices, great parts and the shipping was very reasonable and super fast.

Ordering was easy. The rear shock kit included all new items to completely replace the OE with OE quality parts. Made replacement a breeze. The front struts also appear to be like OE. I have not installed yet since a complete kit was not offered. I have buy the additional parts to also do a complete replacement. I gave 4 stars because of the way the parts were shipped. They were just thrown into a big box. The front struts did not have any packaging at all, it was literally the strut, not even buble wrapped. Luckily nothing was damaged during the shipping.

Non OEM part, so I was a little concerned but ended up completely satisfied. Excellent!
