Friendly helpful staff.
The only thing I dislike is making staff do these kind of reviews of themselves- its a poor way to manage staff. Good managers and business do this by treating staff well and maintaining a nice work environment and having a good customer service culture. I don't shop in Aldi for this specific reason. I like to support good employers not American style ones where companies frighten staff with constant reviews like this. It speaks very poorly og management style. If it continues I won't be a repeat customer.
It also emboldens rude people who are simply petty. If I had a problem with staff I would contact you directly, otoh when these reviews exist it actually cheapens positive experiences.

Polite and friendly on the phone, but the only reason I had to telephone them was because information provided by me to enable an important policy amendment had not been acted upon. It took 3 attempts by me to get the amendment made.
