The Truro branch is superb
The Truro branch is superb, Siobhan especially. Though all the girls upstairs and the boys downstairs 'go the extra mile' to help.
Very useful having a lift to avoid stairs for pushchairs and less able.
Fat Face's range at the mo is excellent for multi ages, the pricing is 'spot on' too.

Excellent customer service at Truro store
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Staff at Truro Fatface store couldn’t do enough to help me. They checked their stock room for products in my size and when unavailable ordered them for me to be delivered directly to my home. I was served by Rose.

Truro staff are amazing 🤩
Today I have been the most awkward customer in the world (a return, no receipt, from an outlet store!) I went into the Truro store and was served by the most lovely, helpful ladies - Beth and Siobhan. These girls went out of their way to help me, it would have been the easiest thing in the world for them to send me on my way, but they were both so friendly, helpful and polite. I would not hesitate to shop there again. Thank you :)

Five star service from the girls in Truro!
Such excellent service from Gaynor and Sharon at Fat Face Truro, Cornwall last week. I desperately needed help in updating my jeans style. (I'm 65) They couldn't have been more helpful and patient. They gave great honest advice and I ended up with a pair of Mom jeans, a pair of dungarees and a white blouse to go with them! Five star super friendly service!

Been in to the Truro shop with…
Been in to the Truro shop with instructions for summer clothes for granddaughters birthday.
Bought two beautiful dresses in 6 to 7 years.
Spoke to daughter in law 15 minutes later to confirm only to find out I should have got 5 to 6 .
Saskia who served me first time round couldn't have been more helpful .
The Grace Sunflower dress seemed to be an issue as no 5 to 6 , but Saskia was not about to be defeated and searched everywhere and finally found one.
Great service, friendly, polite and very very helpful.

Wonderful Service in Truro Cornwall
I was served by a lovely Lady today in the Truro store called Lisa, the dress size I wanted to try on was not on the shop floor, Lisa was more than happy and helpful to find it was in the stock and quickly retrieved for me to try on. She waited for me to check the size was ok, which it was and very complimentary of the style which I wanted for a special occasion, she then went on to help me with styling options to dress up! Or dress down!
Thank you Lisa, you are a credit to Fat face and particularly the Truro Store 😊
