Had an amazing experience at Fat Face…
Had an amazing experience at Fat Face in Tenterden, the staff were so friendly and very helpful.
They helped me with my shopping, especially a lady called Chloe.
She went out of her way to help me.

Brilliant staff all really pleasant and go out of their way to help me find what I'm looking for if not in shop they will order for me. Have shopped in Tenterden store for years items for my twin grandsons and myself. Lovely shop lovely staff x

Simple process from start to finish
I'm at the wrong age group for technology lol. But even I was able to place the order without any problems which must mean it's straight forward. Brilliant that I was able to pick up locally. Staff were lovely and friendly and made me welcome when I picked up the parcel. Great experience, will definitely do it again

I love Fat Face clothes
I love Fat Face clothes - they are just ‘me’ and are my go to brand. Sadly, staff in store at our local branch need to practice saying “please” and “thank you” but I am trying not to let that put me off what is generally a nice shopping experience. I love the fabrics and most of the styles and over the years have learnt what does and doesn’t suit me. I actually have quite a few Fat Face pieces that would probably fall into the ‘vintage’ category! Ordering online is good, delivery fast and being able to take returns back to the store rather than through the post/courier is really helpful.
