Very efficient friendly staff (Laura), nothing was too much trouble for her and she went over and above to chat and make me welcome. Added bonus of popping in during the sale, perfect birthday present for my niece.

Popped in yesterday with a specific item in mind. Denim dungarees. There were a few mixed in with the sale items but none in my size. Laura went that extra mile and searched through her stock room and hey presto found exactly what I was looking for. £65, reduced to £15!! Absolute bargain. Laura was so friendly, helpful and a great sales lady... an asset to your company indeed. Ruby, my dog enjoyed the dog treats too. Many thanks

Initially I was browsing and the assistant whose name I am afraid I didn’t get was particularly friendly and clearly willing to help - despite my being really vague about what I wanted - as I wasn’t really sure! I returned a short while later and the same assistant greeted me cheerfully and showed me to fitting room. I was served by Laura on purchasing my selected item. Laura and her colleague were both incredibly friendly and polite and made the whole experience such a pleasure. Keep up the good work ladies.

Ordered on line on bankholiday Monday, delivered to store for me to collect on the Wednesday. Very pleased with the service and the fit and quality of the dress

Was assisted today by Bea in the Taunton branch. Bea was friendly and helpful when I needed help with finding a garment in a particular size. Nice to experience good service...

Seen a fabulous men’s shirt online but sold out of my husbands size so I rang Taunton as I had done a click &Collect to be picked up and spoke to a lovely person called Tansel who said they had his size in the shop and she would put it buy for me to purchase when I went to get my click &collect ! So very happy hubby 👍

Happy, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely tidy store with all new Spring stock displayed nicely. Made picking out some new Spring outfits quick and easy as I didn't have much time.

Tried to return an item. Unfortunately we mislaid the till receipt. Label still on item.
We have details of the transaction, via our banking information but have been told we can not return or have a credit note. Exchange only.
Which now gives us a very short timeframe.
Ludicrous

Exceptional service (yet again) from the staff at FatFace in Taunton. Today it was Suzi and Laura who helped me out, providing friendly advice and expertise with good humour. I absolutely love shopping in this store as nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff and they are always totally customer focussed. I only wish there was more service like this around!

We visited the Taunton fatface store today, we were served by a lovely lady who couldn't of been more pleasant or obliging by the name of Jane, the other staff were helpful and polite I went in to browse and left with 2 dresses and a jacket , lovely clothes ,helpful friendly assistant, what more could you ask , thank you

I came on a really busy Saturday. Suzi, Fiona and Bea were extremely supportive as I was very nervous trying a new style on. As a plus size woman I felt very empowered by Suzi giving me confidence to wear clothes I wouldn’t have chosen for myself. Best clothes shop in Taunton by far!

Item did not suit me. To return the item was easy and refund happened very quickly.

I was browsing in Fatface Taunton, Laura approach me and asked me if I need any help. I had been wanting a leather jacket for a long time but couldn’t find one I like. Laura offered to check stock room for me as nothing in shop floor, and found one in my size! It’s perfect, if Laura hadn’t approached me I may not have asked, also brought a top and a bag! Beautiful products for spring. Laura was super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Finding that jacket made my day!
