I received the order very quickly…
I received the order very quickly unfortunately the dresses I purchased were far too long for me.
I rang the local Fat Face store where I ascertained I could take them back there. The young lady in the St Neots shop was very pleasant and efficient.

Easy to order to store so I could try on and return those things that didn't fit without taking them home. Lovely items but unfortunately all items were not suitable on this occasion. But the counter balance was that i got some bargains for hubby instead!

I really have always had very friendly and supportive service from fatface, prompt easy to use, delivery on time and returns so hassle free. In particular the st neots branch staff going over and above to make my shopping experience an excellent one.

Very helpful staff -I bought a lovely dress at a reasonable price.
Also Had a return item which was completely hassle free and monies returned immediately to my bank account not the usual 3-5 days.
