Saw some chino’s in the shop unfortunately didn’t have my size but could order on-line for free delivery to shop for next week which was ideal. When picked up tried on at home very pleased with product good fit and quality.

ice Cream t shirt
Having purchased the Jude t shirt in a size 12 and realised how big it was, FatFace responded to my review on here very promptly. I managed to swap it to a smaller size and it fits beautifully. Thanks FF!
At St Neots branch, I was met by a lovely member of staff who directed me to the t shirts I was after. Lovely store.

Such a lovely experience I had shopping in Fatface in St Neots. The two members of staff Emma and Janet were very helpful and friendly. I came out of the shop feeling that I enjoyed shopping there. Keep up the good work! 🤩.

Bought mens medium underwear but realised after reading back medium is 34 took them back in original packaging but was refused an exchange it was obvious not opened manager totally rude told her I'd never shop there again didn't even listen bloody ignorant

I received the order very quickly unfortunately the dresses I purchased were far too long for me.
I rang the local Fat Face store where I ascertained I could take them back there. The young lady in the St Neots shop was very pleasant and efficient.

Easy to order to store so I could try on and return those things that didn't fit without taking them home. Lovely items but unfortunately all items were not suitable on this occasion. But the counter balance was that i got some bargains for hubby instead!
