FF sale
Quick delivery. However I returned a lot of items. I find tees/tops and hoodies too short in the body and too wide. Long leg length in trousers is a bit random. Quality is good but fit sometimes not so good. The return process in store is a bit long winded (lucky I went on a late afternoon week day so not busy!).

Not good customer service
Ordered some jeans and a T-shirt online. Tried them on, not a great style for either, so took them back to my local store for a refund.
On looking at my bank account later I found I’d been charged for them again - and not credited. Phoned the number on my email receipt and they agreed that I had been wrongly charged - but no apology at all, I was just told that the money would be refunded ‘in 2 - 5 working days’. Not great customer service!! An apology and a gesture of goodwill would have been the thing to do!! What with that an previous problems with receiving my order/ receiving emails about mistakes in data breeches, I am having second thoughts about Fat Face!!

Had to exchange in store for a bigger size as small across shoulders (I am broad!), staff very friendly and helpful!

I am delighted with my purchases from Fat Face. The dress I ordered is perfect, love the colour and style. The jumper was on the large size so I have changed it for a smaller size.
