Perfectly good experience, helpful and thoughtful staff and good, quality clothing to choose from.

A fabulous jacket. Feels lovely and soft and a good length. I find most are too short. Great pockets and a great fit.
A lovely assistant (Isabel?) helped me with my order in store. She was wonderful.

Easy online order for collection at my local shop which avoided disappointment if they didn’t have my size in store on the day I was shopping!

They are super comfortable, good quality soft leather and excellent value. I opted for brown and am delighted with them.

A unique clothing shop

I love the quality of the clothes in Fat Face on top of that the staff are so helpful ! I visited the St Albans store today and met Team members Georgia and Ally. I was looking at trousers. They both went out of their way to help me including looking in the stockroom. On top of that it was nice to see they clearly enjoyed their roles and I felt completely at home. I call it gold standard customer service!

Another lovely experience at the St.Albans branch. Nikki and the store manager Georgia went over and beyond to help me find the perfect present for my mum. Very professional and personal experience today and every time I visit is no different. Customer service like this is what keeps me coming back as a customer, and the whole team is a credit to the company.

The store and changing rooms were filthy, dust and tissues everywhere, when we pointed this out we were told they hadn’t had time to clean it, really?? There was nobody in there apart from us

The lady in store was very rude and unhelpful when I tried to collect my parcel. I couldn’t get the barcode up on my email due to poor signal and she was not accommodating in the slightest. Told me to go outside the shop and sort it out. Her colleague was much more helpful and helped me find my order on the system.

We were both interested in jackets, Isabel was helping us both, i bought my jacket.My friend was grateful to Isabel for her help, however the jacket she wanted wasn’t in store.

We viewed the two items (man's jumper and woman's handbag) in store, but ordered online for delivery to store to get our preferred size and colour, respectively.

They were delivered to the store on time, and good quality). Overall good service.

Really nice leggings. Good material (I like cotton and stretch), they fit well and look good. True to size.

Although I liked the item I bought on line it didn't like me so I took it back for refund and this was done in store by a lovely helpful assistant and was very quick and efficient

Lovely store! Great layout and very friendly staff, bought something for my mum and the sales assistant helped me find exactly what I needed and was very attentive. Brilliant shopping experience, will be back :)
