Delightful shopping experience (Sidmouth)
Sidmouth store is a high street gem! Wonderfully friendly staff who know their stuff and know how to make you feel special and safe! Jennie guided me to the right sizes, to great colour combinations, and even gave me the body confidence to try new things. And the fabulous teamwork doesn't end there ...you have Flora giving great advice and Beth beaming encouragement, and all of it is honest, supportive and without any pressure. This is staff who want you to feel good about yourself! A 5 star experience that left me smiling and excited about my purchases. Would thoroughly recommend!

Excellent service
My wife loves Fatface clothes, and immediately after arriving at our hotel had to shop at Fatface Sidmouth. One of the crew Jacquie, helped my wife find a great outfit for dinner this evening, and made her one very happy person. Lottie was very pleasant and helpful too, particularly with putting the sale through and folding the clothes, which made our overall shopping experience enjoyable. Thank you Michael & Caroline

A well managed and tidy store, and well stocked. Great customer service, with a friendly and helpful attitude, especially from assistant named Cheryl.
Quality of merchandise is much improved on what it was some time ago.

Had a lovely experience in Fatface in Sidmouth yesterday with Jacquie and colleague. Just warm, helpful and engaging at every point from changing room support, to suggesting things that might go with an outfit. The range of clothing for spring was lovely too. Lots of colour and style. I have often wandered through their shops but never bought before. I could've tried on loads, but stopped at two items and a gift.

Nice dungarees
Nice dungarees, I'm 5ft tall and size 10. I bought the regular length and they are just right on me, I can put a little turn up for wearing with chunky sandals, but they also look great not turned up with boots/shoes. Roomy, relaxed fit, the bib is quite wide which I like. I will have to adjust the straps to make them shorter but I'm okay with that. Nice, helpful staff in the shop, thank you.
