Great customer service
Great customer service. Cheryl in the Sidmouth branch went out of her way to assist. A great range of good quality clothes and always my go-to.

Another faultless shopping experience…
Another faultless shopping experience at FatFace Sidmouth. Came in for a pair of shorts but left with four courtesy of Jacquie who kept delving into the stock room to make sure I got the right size/colour. As a bloke, I don't do shopping so it's great when the assistants do it for you!
PS, the clothes are great too, quality products and they fit normal sized people!

Excellent and so helpful.
I went in to the store today for a pair of shorts which wasn’t suitable, And then asked for some dark wash jeans and Vicky the manager was absolutely excellent and so helpful, She got me a pair of Elise Wide Leg Jeans which I perhaps might not of tried if she hadn’t got them for me, They fitted me perfectly so I brought them, Thank you Vicky,

Superb Sidmouth Team
On entering the store in Sidmouth I was greeted by two lovely members of staff, a very relaxed welcoming warm atmosphere and especially Beth. Beth went above and beyond to find me a particular sized shoe from the top rack to explain to me that FF offer half sizes and suggested a size up for me. She then helped me pick out some lovely jewellery and a new bag! That she hurried out the back to get for me.
I had the most pleasant experience in FF on Saturday and I will be back to visit again soon for some more goodies! Thank you ladies.

I came in on Sunday in search of some shorts. I was very pleased to see a large choice of styles and an array colours. The store was very busy but nothing was too much trouble for Beth as she talked me through the difference in the styles. I ended up purchasing 4 pairs, and with 20% off too! A very pleasant shopping experience

Great staff…
Visited Fat Face in Sidmouth with a friend. Was greeted with a very warm welcome from Leoni and Helen. They were super helpful and made the experience very positive. We will be back!
