Laura was great I called to ask her to hold a pair of ladies ankle boots which she had ready when we visited the shop in Reigate today. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Brilliant service. Love Fat Face clothes
Always such good, friendly service and love ethical clothing. Less leather or more leather alternatives would be a bonus and vegan labelled shoes/clothes.

Disappointed that I was unable to take back an online purchase paid via PayPal to my local store. Is this new?, not happy at having a wasted journey, this should be made clearer when you buy online. I’ve never encountered this with fatface before.

Great website, saw a dress in a FF shop window prior weekend but didn’t have time to go in to try on as busy! Easy ordering process and delivery super quick. Great products delivered.

Thanks to the helpful staff at Reigate. They recently guided me through a complicated exchange of a garment and today helped me to find some new clothes! They know the current ranges very well and encouraged me to experiment with styles.Will definitely return! Many thanks

Fat Face is an excellent company. I love how sustainable their materials and how eco friendly they are. Their clothes are my favourite and their customer service is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
