I would love to give a 5 star review but seeing as I’m still waiting - again - for the Plymouth store to tell me my order is ready for me to collect it, I can’t.

I'm really sorry to hear that you did not receive an email letting you know your order was ready to collect. Upon looking into it, I can see that the Plymouth store received your order and marked it as ready to collect on 14/07. They'll hold it for two weeks, so you have until 28/07 to collect it.
I'd advise checking your junk emails just in case the email went there, but if you didn't get a confirmation email please let us know and we can look into it right away. You can email us on customerservices@fatface.com.
