Far Face Padstow
Would like to say a big thank you to Sofia at your Padstow store. A lovely lady who made my experience so much easier when I had to return a click and collect order where one item had somehow been mixed up with someone else's when it was being packed for delivery. It was a bit of a faff to sort out, however she remained calm, chatty and smiley throughout which made the experience a lot less stressful, and she helped me choose a nice new leather bag. Will definitely be visiting Padstow again, always a happy experience with friendly welcoming staff 😀

My favourite Store!
I’ve been visiting this store for a few years now as I love the clothing range for myself, my husband and my daughter.
We visited today and as I was browsing I spotted a tshirt with strawberries on for my daughter. My daughter love it too and then to our suprise Martha the store assistant kindly advised that there is a ladies too exactly the same as part of the mini me range. My daughter was so excited that we bought one each. Thank you for being so helpful Martha! Can’t wait to share a photo of us wearing them

Was perfectly satisfactory - they had clothes I bought them (and I could take my dog in) - probably worth 4.5 stars but not an option.

Fabulous Customer Service
I visited the Padstow store today and was greeted by a very friendly and cheerful member of staff called Caroline. Caroline was incredibly helpful, she went out of her way to assist me with finding my size (I was delighted to see that this store stock a good selection of size 6). She also took the time to look on the website for me, which resulted in me placing an order, aswell as purchasing in store. Caroline was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Thank you for a great shopping experience Caroline.

Massive shout out to Caroline and…
Massive shout out to Caroline and Martha in the Padstow branch. Nothing was too much trouble - they even gave us a bag to put all our wet gear into after we had been soaked to the skin! We both walked out with new jeans and tops. It was a treat to be served by such friendly and helpful staff.
