I visited the Padstow store on the 3rd May as myself and some friends were staying in Padstow for the May day celebrations. I would just like to say what a lovely little shop, very lovely and welcoming staff, but a special thank you to Sofi for amazing customer service. It was very busy, and Sofi and her colleague were very busy, but she still managed to take time for a lovely chat to tell me about Padstow and helped me choose an outfit for dinner, nothing was too much trouble assisting me in the fitting room and helping me with my purchase using a gift card which was a bit complicated. Will definitely be back, hopefully on a day Sofi is working 🙂 well done ladies 🫶

Impromptu visit to Padstow today, and went back fatface and loved the display in the window so much so I popped in to find the item in the store. The lady in the shop was hugely helpful showing me the item and explaining it to me, I tried it on and loved it. Staff are a credit to the brand, will certainly be back next time I'm in Cornwall, well done all!

The customer service in the Padstow store is shocking! I drove 10 miles to make a return to store of some clothing I'd ordered online and picked up from store. When I returned the clothes to be sent back as they did not suit me, they refused to take them! They told me I'd have to return online via courier which is Evri, and we know they are very unreliable! This was because I'd paid via PayPal pay in 3 plus used a gift card. I told them that shouldn't matter as they were Fatface clothes and it was stated on their website I could return to any fatface or next store. The store assistant was insistant she was right, and her manager had agreed. I was cross as I'd driven 20 miles round trip to be told I'd have to then pay for Evri to collect from my home! I came home booked an Evri slot, prepared to pay. Low and behold, Evri did not turn up to collect my parcel on the date booked! So I called Fatface customer service who told me the Padstow store staff were wrong to refuse my return, and that I could return to any store I wished. So I took it to a Next store who were very helpful. Took the return with no issues. PADSTOW CORNWALL STORE NEED TO UPDATE THEIR RETURNS INFORMATION. They clearly have no clue!! If I could give them no stars in a review I would, for causing me inconvenience and extra time, and money.

What a great experience, the ladies were very helpful. They also loved my fur baby Master Sox. Keep up the great work ladies.

We visited Fat Face Padstow the weekend of the Christmas Fayre. The staff (Martha and Caroline) were just brilliant. They offered us a glass of fizz and mince pies. Nothing was too much trouble and they really took care of us and went the extra mile, making us feel really special. So special in fact we went back two weeks later and bought more cool stuff!

Love the products in Fat Face and even better when it is sale time. Ordered a lovely cardigan in the Christmas Sale. So beautiful.

The softest & comfiest slippers and lots of lovely socks. Amazing quality and I just know they’re all gong to last well. Highly recommend.

Just had a day at Padstow Christmas fayre and popped into Fatface. What a lovely friendly shop! Martha and all the staff were very welcoming. We were offered Prosecco, non alcoholic if you were driving too. Even had a lady playing the piano and singing lovely Christmas songs! Made us feel Chrismassy!!! Definitely be back!

Received excellent service from Lauren, Martha and Vicky at the Padstow Fatface shop. I had an issue with a third party voucher which they resolved for me. Thank you, it was much appreciated.

I love fat face clothing and usually buy online via next but as I was near a shop I thought I’d pop in only to find I wasn’t catered for as I’m over a size 20, so I came away feeling not welcome and had to order online. These arrived late but I was kept informed

5 star customer service from Sofi at the Padstow store, was lovely to be helped by someone so friendly and happy to have a chat, and helped me choose a lovely outfit for a family party, and even made a new best fried for life as my dog loved her too!! It's nice to shop in a store that is do welcoming to dogs, will definitely be back 👍😊

Shopping in store and on line are equally good. The clothes I have bought are good quality. Priced slightly above normal retailers but the quality speaks for itself

The Padstow ladies Naomi and Martha went over and beyond with their fantastic help with sorting a delivery for my husband that wanted a shorter leg jeans while we where on holiday. They told us the day any everything with lots of information communication and customer service was outstanding. I've got to admit we don't often go in Fat Face but the clothing it top of it's game worth every penny will be shopping there again. They was also so lovely to our beautiful dog which means a lot to us. Well done girls amazing job be proud of your selves 10 stars sorry for taking so long to review

Very friendly and welcoming. Even our dog got fussed and biscuits. Staff were very helpful without being in your face too much
