Disrupted collection and faulty order
My husband went to the Fatface store to collect the parcel and was told he needed to go to Next. To be fair, the email did state 'our Norwich Hayhill store' - thats the address of the Next store. But it is almost opposite the Fatface store and I missed the reference. Clearer indication eg 'our Next store' would be great.
The biggest problem came when we opened the parcel. We had ordered two pair of pyjamas , one for each grandchild. The boys pair was fine. The girls pair was the top only, it cannot have been checked before despatch. So my husband made a special trip returned to the Fatface store the following.
The staff there, as always, were super helpful and apologetic. The item is now out of stock and cannot be re-ordered. Our grandson has a new pair of pyjamas, our granddaughter does not.

We really like FatFace
We really like FatFace. Their clothing, including t-shirts which I buy for my Husband and Brother, are a lovely quality and nice and soft.
The shop in Norwich is good and the staff are always helpful. We also buy online, which is really efficient.
