Excellent customer service. I had bought items in the Internet and had no idea how to return an item. The staff at Northallerton dealt with the return in a friendly and professional manner. The refund was processed at the same time and I purchased the correct size at the store.

Cost, quality and staff
Great customer care, in that staff are helpful, polite and engaging. Choice of clothes varies depending on store size but modern and appealing. I bought a top in the sale very pleased with it though sleeves are a little long. It seems nice quality. Do find full priced items can be a little expensive so usually wait for sales.

Excellent dungarees purchase
Went into Fat Face in Northallerton, very helpful lady assisted in decision making etc. Not right size so decided to go away and think about purchase rather than order in shop. Ordered on line to collect from shop a few days later, very easy and comfortable experience.
Purchased a pair of denim dungarees, good quality and just what I wanted at a price I was willing to pay.

What a great service
What a great service, the initial delivery to shop was delayed and it looked like I would not be able to get this for my upcoming holiday. After explaining the situation the shop arranged onward delivery after the items arrived with them, absolutely outstanding service, I cannot thank you enough

If I couldn’t pick up from Northallerton I wouldn’t buy online at all.
If you stocked big lass sizes in the shop, I wouldn’t buy online, I’d shop there first.
