When visiting Fat Face
When visiting Fat Face, Fistral Beach without fail all the staff are cheerful and offer excellent customer service, always keen to help and offer guidance and assistance. Suzie served me today and was cheerful and very efficient, happily chatting about all the gorgeous new stock in and pointing out new items I might like. Visit Fistral Beach Fat Face for a genuinely lovely shopping experience.

What an amazing member of staff you have in Nick at your Fistral Store. From the moment we walked into the store until we left we felt welcome. Nick greeted us, helped me with my choice of clothing. Nick is a credit to your company. Made the experience a very pleasant one. We’ll be going back for sure. Even if it’s just to say hi. Love my purchases. They always wear well.

Great employee
Found a shirt I liked but store didn’t have my size. Nick the assistant searched the data base and came up with two locations on my way home which had it in stock. I left the store and visited another nearby. When I came out Nick was there looking for me as he had found the one I wanted which I missed on the racks.
Thanks Nick for going that extra mile 👍

New season, new me ☺️
I arrived in store with the intention of trying jeans from the new season range. I found staff to be friendly, helpful and supportive. I ended up purchasing three items and making good use of my discount vouchers.
I am especially delighted with the fit and comfort of my new Mom jeans and cosy cardigan.
