Exceptional customer service
I was helped by a lovely person at Newcastle Fat Face on 13th Jan. I didn't get their name but had wonderful ginger hair. Thank you for the service!

As a dressmaker since I was about 11 years old I am very particular about clothes which I buy. I like to feel the quality of the fabric and know the content. I also check the quality of the finishing and workmanship. So I know I am a pain! Fatface garments reach all of these criteria and at an affordable price. The staff at our local store are very friendly, helpful and efficient and I am happy to go there.

Beautiful sustainable clothes
Beautiful sustainable clothes. Friendly, helpful staff. Only negative is I’m tall and there is typically only one leg length on trousers, even though people are different heights and also not different lengths on all of the dresses.

Dungarees ordered 2 pairs different…
Dungarees ordered 2 pairs different lengths, unfortunately only recieved one pair and a random pair of bikini bottoms!
Typically the pair I recieved were too long , returned them to store . The sales assistant was really helpful and rang customer service for me the following day and arranged refund , I was even told I could keep the bikini bottoms! ( I didn’t as I didn’t have a need for them )
It was disappointing as the dungarees were lovely and great quality and even better in the sale . I bought them again but paid full price …. Bought in grey , really lovely fit … size 12 short … I’m 5”1 and they’re perfect .

Ordering on-line and delivery very efficient, but sadly had to return the sweatshirt as it was much too big. Returned it to Newcastle Fat Face, staff there very pleasant and helpful. I'm looking forward to your full click and collect service.

I was looking for a mint green T-shirt and found exactly what I needed online . Lovely soft cotton , so easy and comfy to wear . I was lucky it was also reduced !
I always love the quality of Fat Face products and they’re a bit different from other brands .
