I visited the store today looking for a present for a friend who needed cheering up . Sue was so helpful, compassionate and kind.A rare thing these days in retail stores ! I will return often as she made my shopping experience so nice .

Had a very successful visit to Fatface in Lytham! Bought a lovely green floral tee shirt, my sister bought me a dress for Christmas and we were served by David who was a really good assistant!🤗 He was so friendly without being intrusive, helped get different sizes and gave useful advice. We’ll certainly be back! 👍

Great, friendly service
I rang up FatFace in Lytham to see if they had a particular dress in my size as they’d sold out online. The lovely lady on the phone (I later found out her name is Jean) said she’d put one away for me for the following day. When I went into the shop, Jean immediately remembered the call and my name. She was so friendly and she plus the purchase made my day.

Friendly, helpful service. Unfortunately, the flip flops my partner wanted were not available in his size, but I later ordered them via your website. They arrived quickly, but very soon after I was gutted to see that all the items we bought/ordered were available in your sale at much reduced prices! Hey ho.

Lovely jumpsuits
Absolutely gorgeous little jumpsuits!! My granddaughters love them . Excellent quality and very comfortable , great value in the sale .

Fantastic staff
I did an online order for 29 items, I did not get a confirmation email. When said items arrived, the paper receipt only listed 12!
On returning some items, the staff member in the shop had to spend time looking for my official receipt/order. It took him over half an hour. Throughout he was polite, kept me updated, managed to quickly and efficiently serve others..as he was the only staff member in store today.
I was v impressed. His name is david camilleri..at the lytham, lance store.
Please thank him again on my behalf.

Whenever I'm shopping in Lytham Lancs I…
Whenever I'm shopping in Lytham Lancs I always call in their store ,this is where I saw the trousers in a differant colour.I also wanted a white cap sleeved t shirt ,the assistant was so kind and helpul and advised me to order on line as none were available in the warehouse,which I did .
The fit and quality of both items are true to size and definitely value for money Once again a massive thank you.
