I have been a regular customer of Fatface for many years and loved the products and service. Unfortunately for the last two years or so I have had to order on line as I’m disabled and have limited mobility, So my husband often has to return items to Lymington store for refund. The service from staff is exemplary. The customer service is excellent, as is the product.

The perfect, outfit transforming belt
Went in for a browse and came out with the best purchase ever thanks to some sage advice from manager Sonia. Who knew that a simple wide black suede belt (that I would never have thought of buying) could transform my wardrobe? It’s revamped 5 dresses that just seemed a bit dated and given me the perfect graduation outfit. Thank you for listening!

Calder Half Neck Jumper, green
Ordered Tall fit online as no stock in any local store. Jumper arrived with a fleck of orange wool knitted into the back. Willingly & efficiently exchanged at Lymington store.
Tall fit was ordered as I am 6'3" but jumper proved to be very long so replacement was ordered in Regular fit. Body is a good fit and sleeves are amply long. 4 stars due fault in initial product but Lymington replacement service was 5 star.

Fat face always my first choice.
I find the website easy to use and the reviews really helpful in guiding me to ordering the right size. I love the shops and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. They really seem to love their jobs. My local shop is great and I love the disabled changing room. I could not manage in the normal changing rooms as I am blind and have mobility problems. Delivery is always good and quick and I really appreciate the free returns. The clothes are always great quality.

Great quality + superb customer service to deal with dual pricing online sale vs instore
Hi - very happy with all items ordered online and in store. Great quality: men's casual shorts, women's denim shorts and a zip-through hoodie.
Update: Also followed up with fantastic service after my review here.
I gave 3 stars as the sale email landed the same afternoon as I had shopped in-store paying full price for items that were in the sale. Very disappointing that the staff didn't (couldn't?) mention the sale and price-match it.
BUT, on seeing my review FatFace replied and got in touch, offering to price match! Within a week that's all sorted so I have had my price-match refund and am now impressed not just by the quality of products and ethics & approach of FatFace, but also by their Customer Service team too. Thank you, great service.

Just great shorts. I had bought two pairs at the FatFace in Lymington to take with me to France. They were so good - great fit, and for a bloke, great pockets - that I bought two more pairs online when I got back.
