Quality of the clothing
We frequently buy clothes for myself, husband and son at Fatface. I find the styles and quality of the garments superior to other brands.
The staff are always helpful in our local store at Springs Thorpe Park.

Always very good customer service
Always very good customer service. Nice shopping experience as nobody bothers you, you can browse but there is always someone there to then help or take payment. Always clean and tidy in the store too.
