Very helpful and friendly staff,

On giving a friend a gift voucher for £20 she went to Keswick Fat face to redeem it but was told there was no money on the card. On returning the card to me I took it to Northallerton to check it and it was confirmed it was validated. It was a disappointing experience for my friend and I. Staff members should have full knowledge how to redeem all of the vouchers used for your store to prevent embarrassing experiences for would be customers.

I love this company!!! Great products and customer service. Delivery by Evri is super. I’ve shopped with Fat Face for a long time and have always been happy, even if there has been a bit of a hiccup it’s always resolved.

Most helpful manager in store, purchased two items, one which he discounted as i previously had purchased earlier that day, shop well presented clean and tidy, wish fatface would open back up in durham again i do prefer shopping face to face rather than online, so i guess more trips to keswick in future are needed.

I visited the Keswick store today and even though it was fairly busy, the assistants were very helpful. I needed some different sizes in the changing room and one assistant in particular was very patient and helpful. I didn’t catch her name but she said it was only her second day. She did a great job helping me, thank you!

I visited FatFace Keswick to get pants for my Dad after he was discharged from hospital. After explaining why I was buying them, Raymond guided me on the best selection and really empathised as his Dad had recently had the same knee op. It's rare to receive such warm, friendly service in shops and I really appreciated Raymond's help. I love FatFace's clothes in any case, the friendly customer service provided by Raymond is the icing on the cake. Thank you so much to the FatFace Keswick team, you turned a chore into a pleasure.

Whilst having a trip to our favourite location in The Lake District we did a little shopping, I needed a few items for a forthcoming trip to America, just wanted to say what a nice experience I had at FF in Keswick, the store was very nicely merchandised with new season product and as per usual I felt compelled to spend money, what was exceptional was the customer service, Liz was there to help with sizing and also offered help at the fitting rooms, such a rarity to find a store with staff who put the customer first, no tasking and purely focussed on the people in the store…. I’m used to being ignored in shops, all too often I leave without spending as I realise that without a level of service there’s no shop out there that deserves my cash.
Well done to Liz and team FF Keswick, your an asset to your business, I hope they realise what good people they have.

Beautiful colours and excellent quality, truly multifunctional- even used as a mini nappy/changing bag. Capacious but neat and so comfortable as a rucksack, great for walks or just to have hands free managing kiddies!

Ordered 4 XS items online including a sweater. Order came promptly. 3 items good fit but sweater nearly came down to my knees. Luckily, have a FF shop close by so could easily return for a refund. Shop staff friendly and very helpful. Retained items good value.

Got loads of stuff for next summer great bargains and most things were in stock also got a few stocking fillers 👍
