I had to reorder my sandals as the first pair were splitting after one use ! I did get a full refund but am disappointed I had to pay for the postage as couldn’t get delivered to my local store at the time as the systems were down - they wouldn’t even order them for me at the store ! Considering the goods were faulty I’m not impressed that I had to pay for this -especially as the product is supposed to be leather .

Best customer service I have received in a very long time! I bought a dress and my friend bought a shirt. The lady in the store was super helpful, chatty and genuine! I love my dress and because of this I will be shopping here again.

I used click and collect and it worked well and within timescales. I found the size guide helpful and the shirts fit fine and look good.

Great product, lovely staff in the store.
Aside from the fact that I love my new trousers, the staff the Horsham store (for my click and collect) went out of their way to ensure I was able to pick up before leaving for a trip.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, clean and tidy store. A little low on sale stock volume but to be expected being a smaller footprint store.
Super friendly staff, helpful and very welcoming.

I pretty much love everything from fat face, only gripe is the sizes sometimes are not clear enough ref to the fit type. Also that you use Hermes and don’t deliver to the store anymore

Disappointed.I am normallya size 10 in fat face…
I am normallya size 10 in fat face dresses . This was huge . Sent for a size 8 online which was also huge. Clearly a problem with the sizing in this lovely linen dress. To add insult to injury the 20%discount did not apply to the navy colour I wanted . I also thought the delivery service was poor from Evri. An initial delay with them receiving the parcel and then no notifications until delivery .6 days later . Sadly gave up . It was a better service when you could collect online purchases in store … why not reinstate that . ?
