Great staff service
Prompt delivery to store. Store staff in Frome were fab and dealt with a return and let me know how long I had on other items as I had one more still to try on.

It’s easy to make online purchases and complete any returns
It’s always easy to make online purchases to try at home. Any that I choose not to keep, I simply return them to our nearest FatFace store. The in-store team at Frome have been really helpful every time, no problems with the return process

The service is amazing and easy.

Great quality, service and friendly staff. Used click and collect in store, which was a quick and easy way to buy sale items not stocked in my local branch.

Great jumper, great service
The lovely Holly Half neck Jumper I ordered was too big. Very friendly and helpful lady at the Frome store credited my account and re-ordered the smaller size to be delivered to my home address. The money was in my account later that day and the beautiful Holly Jumper arrived 3 days later. Excellent item and service. Well done FatFace.

Great place to shop for clothes
Fatface in Frome is chilled, friendly and lets me bring my Labrador into the store to help me choose my clothes! It’s very relaxed and the staff are super helpful. Plus the clothes are great too - they stock a surprisingly wide range for a small store.
