A lovely store with delightful staff
What a lovely selection of clothes, and all sizes available. Also prices not outrageous for the quality and fabrics. I was merely browsing the East Grinstead store when I found a lovely smock dress that I felt would be perfect for my daughter's graduation. Staff were so lovely and helpful - Cheryl Anne and Alex - and found me a cardigan that would compliment the smock perfectly. A delightful shopping experience all round.

Wish it was my local store
I visited the East Grinstead shop recently when I was in the area visiting my mother. The welcome, service and advice I received from (I hope I have remembered their names) Charlotte and Vicky was brilliant. Loved their enthusiasm and friendliness. Best shop I visited in East Grinstead and will hopefully be back soon.

East Grinstead store.
Always good to pop into the East Grinstead shop to see what new stock they have. Had a look around to see what was in the sale and bought a navy sweater. Fun banter with the store manager makes the shopping experience fun 😁.

Quality change
I have not shopped in FatFace for a number of years but decided to buy a leather bag and purse in the sale.
The bag and purse look like very good quality. So I have my fingers that they last a long time.
I also purchased a cotton top and a Alica zip through hoodie. Compared to my previous purchases, there is a huge quality difference. 80% polyester/acrylic and 20% cotton. I would never have paid £68 for the hoodie and I am wondering if its even worth £40 for it in the sale.
What a shame FatFace. Go back to your previous quality and I will pay £80 for the hoodie because of the quality.
However, I would have given the staff at East Grinstead branch 5 Stars + as they were so helpful.

It’s always a pleasure shopping in FatFace. I always get a friendly hello when I walk in and the staff are always so helpful. They have lovely clothes that last years. A great place to pick up some Christmas presents.

Although item I bought was unsuitable a refund was no problem. Staff always helpful and friendly, a pleasure to shop there.

The clothes are of excellent quality and wash well. The delivery of goods to shops work well and the customer is kept informed and shop staff are very helpful.
