Lovely happy staff
Visited the Dalton Park store yesterday Sunday 23rd and what a pleasant experience. After visiting a good few other stores where the staff seemed as miserable as the weather and then walking into Fatface where the staff were happy and laughing was like a breath of fresh air. I was served by a lovely young man who was very friendly and helpful. Thank you to the Fatface staff who made my day yesterday, keep on smiling

Assistant very helpful and pleasant
Assistant Aidan very pleasant and helpful offering to look for item ( back of shop) in size needed without being asked ,as he heard us discussing what we were looking for.

Lovely young women who work on the…
Lovely young women who work on the tills and shop floor. Think I caught one of their names to be Rebecca. Very polite and helpful. Have shopped here a couple of times and have no bad comments. Shame to see the young man who used to work there when I went in at Christmas time is no longer there, very polite and friendly young man.
Good shop because of the young staff👍

Received an email to say parcel had been despatched and to wait for collection email. The collection email never arrived.do after waiting 10 working days I luckily I contacted customer services who advised the parcel needed to be collected the next day or it would be returned 🤦

Top arrived in shop within a couple of days, it was lovely but I had to return it as was too big as I'd had to order a size up as my normal wasn't available. Staff were lovely and very helpful. I have used Fat face many times!

Easy to order and prompt delivery to shop ,unfortunately had to return jumper was way too big for the size but had no problem returning garment to shop and so now have ordered a smaller size fingers crossed it will be ok .staff were really helpful and pleasant so no complaints

I visited your dalton park store today 22/12/22 the young man with strawberry blonde hair was so nice and helpful he had time to help me and wrap the items separately for me I felt like I was a valued customer I will return in the new year for more purchases

Ordered and received my tops no problems at all , but paid over the top for them , the price i paid was more than was on the price tag . I’ll obviously be returning them . Wonder how many people check the price .
