Ordered a cardigan to be picked up from the store.
Ordered a cardigan to be picked up from the Cowes store though unfortunately my journey there was delayed by more than a week. However and in spite of this the staff kindly kept it until I could eventually travel to Cowes. Very kind of them and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase. Thank you.

After several emails and telephone conversations about a credit note I was finding hard to use, I went into fat face in cowes Isle of Wight. The lady shop assistant in the store was outstanding, she tried very hard to sort out my problem, but like me, got no resolve to the problem from the customer service phone line. She suggested I phone customer services again once I got home. I did ring them, and this time my credit note was replaced with a gift card. So after a long frustrating time, my problem was finally resolved.
I find the fat face store in cowes, Isle of Wight are always friendly and helpful, but this time they were amazing, thank you.
