Good selection and reasonably priced
Good selection of reasonably priced clothes for both men and women. Good fit and a range of lengths although a shorter length option in the midi dresses would be helpful.

The girls were really helpful and…
The girls were really helpful and patient with my purchases and exchanges. My kids had an area to go and colour whilst I looked around the shop, which is handy and the staff ever suggested places to take my children too......The ice creams were amazing too thank you

Ordered on 2 of December for the 8th…
Ordered on 2 of December for the 8th told it would be delivered on the 18th then after that had to cancel and reorder then sent to next store not fatface

A stress-free shopping experience.
After ordering I was kept informed when my parcel was delivered to the shop and given ten days to collect it.
The girl in the store was very pleasant, efficient and quickly found the item.
However I could have done with more options for a home delivery, as I was only offered one date which was not convenient.

Customer facing staff 100% ..... not pushy, knew their business.... Happy customer. BUT ordered on-line for delivery to store. It DID'NT happen on day .... no advisory from on-line .... added journey .... would have been cheaper delivery to destination!!

Good quality clothing; follows fashion directions without being for the under 25s only.
Wish we could get click and collect here though as Post is not reliable with delivery times and I'm often out.

Love this store!
It’s difficult to say what I like most about FatFace. The sales staff are always helpful and the clothes selection can’t be beat. I can usually find my size, if not in the store, then online. And the quality of the clothing is A plus! I highly recommend this store to everyone.

Very friendly, cheerful shop assistants
Went to the Chester branch. Very organised and neat the display of items in the shop. Comfy seat was handy. My daughter is pregnant. She was waiting for me to find a top. I waited a bit behind two others at the till. Another shop assistant retrieved the other one. Then I was served by a lovely, friendly assistant with a big smile. Even commentate on what I bought. Her name was jelena.

Have loved your clothes for years...my late husband looked fab in your mens' shorts! He would put them on in April and keep them on until October every year...our son now wearing your jeans which suit him perfectly! The team in your Chester branch always friendly and welcoming...its a lovely place to go.
