Huge thanks to Cara at the Cheltenham…
Huge thanks to Cara at the Cheltenham branch who noting my disappointment when I had returned to branch to purchase boots I had spotted in sale the previous week. She helpfully asked me to hang on for a minute and she rooted around the back and found a huge bag of said boots. Of course my size was at the bottom, but Cara found them! Woo! It would have been very easy for her to say they were no longer available and not to have bothered looking but she went above and beyond.

Easy to order online and click and collect. Arrived quickly. Great quality t shirt and made with ethically sourced cotton

There is always a good selection of merchandise in the shop which helps if you want to check the colour of an item you have only seen online. Service is always prompt and professional.

I’m done with fat face
I’m done with fat face. I’ve purchased several of their stone washed straight jeans and all formed holes at the crotch and elsewhere. The “leather” labels on the rear disintegrated. They age rapidly, look papery and are generally awful. I’ve had similarly priced Levi’s that last so much longer. Their polo shirts are the same, with holes forming around their excessively large labels. They seem to change the materials they use each year, no doubt to save money. This year the pique polos seem to be thin and stretchy. Their boxers seems to have now gone the same way, with the cut changing this year.

Exchanging a Purchase
 I had originally bought an item of clothing in the Monmouth shop, which I needed to exchange for a different size. I returned the item to the Cheltenham store and although I didn't have the receipt Nathan was super helpful in finding my original purchase on the system and provide the size I needed.

I love Fatface Clothes
I love Fatface Clothes. I have been buying their clothes, from when they first started. Nothing has changed. Quality. Fit and style. They have a special style. For me? Their style is my style.
Customer Service is amazing. On the phones they are polite, friendly and down to earth. Always willing to help. Visiting their store? Every customer is treated in a way that is rare today, with help and politeness. Only problem? Every New Season? The new styles are so irresistible!...
