Exceptional service at Bromley
I went into the Bromley branch with some returns from web purchase. The staff were amazing, very patient in sorting out my returns. Of course I bought some more amazing clothes and again the staff were really helpful in assisting me with my purchases. Excellent service!!

Wow what a fantastic shop and staff , Angela is a credit to fat face , it was my first time purchasing from this store and I got the most amazing sandals and jeans , my husband and I was made to feel so very welcome in the shop by Angela , the store is tidy and looks really appealing to the eye , I can't wait to go back again

They are friendly and helpful and when I have visited, twice now, I leave with a smile as it feels like I’ve had a conversation with a friend, they are all that genuine. I can recommend Fatface , in the Glades in Bromley highly. I popped in last week and I was so impressed with the store layout, the excellent new stock of Summer clothes and the fantastic Customer Service . I was looked after wonderfully and bought 3 shirts.
