Always always lovely! All the staff are excellent.
Today Sarah and Becky helped me pick out a shirt, a particular style I was looking for.
They both showed what else it could be styled with, really helpful. They know me well so know what will suit me, and always pick out perfect pieces for me.

I would have given 5 * if the shop…
I would have given 5 * if the shop assistants had been more friendly and had some manners. I didn’t get an ‘hello’, ‘thank you’ or ‘goodbye’..it was almost as though it was too much trouble . The ordering was easy and quickly delivered to the store to collect though.

I went to the Bridport store today. Becky was really helpful. Suggesting things I wouldn’t usually go for. Amazing service and a very enjoyable shopping experience overall. She couldn’t have been more helpful.

From the time I walked into FatFace, it was the beginning of a great experience. The whole shop is instantly inviting with the clothing beautifully presented. I was greeted with a warm smile by lovely Eva, who helped me through my purchases. She took great trouble making sure everything fitted perfectly and even chose me the perfect winter bobble hat from the men’s section as the women’s ones didn’t fit as nicely.
I live alone and it can be very lonely indeed so it was such a joy to be made to feel so special
