Picked up an on line order and was tempted to purchase another item from the sale rail! Friendly efficient staff. All purchases good quality and fitted as expected.

Friendly helpful staff and good quality clothing

Visited Fatface Bridport saturday morning 7th of February and the two ladys in there were ever so lovely and helpful and went above and beyond for me. I often visit bridport and make sure to pop in to their fatface when i do because the service and atmosphere is just 10/10!

Having spent £70 on clothing, I was disappointed to be asked to buy a paper bag to put my purchases in. I was informed that all the money goes to charity which it may or may not but I do object to being forced to give to the company’s choice of charity if I don’t want my purchases getting wet or dirty on my way home when I already subscribe to the charities I wish to support .
FatFace never charged for bags before Next took over .
This charging for bags was only supposed to be for plastic bags to discourage people from using plastic bags every time they visited the supermarket, now everyone has jumped on the bandwagon and even charge for paper bags regardless of what you buy or how much you spend.
Also when I said I didn’t want to buy a bag as I already give to a number of charities of my choice the two ladies serving got extremely shirty with me.
Sadly, after many years of buying FatFace clothes ( which make up almost my entire wardrobe ), this is the last time I shall enter a Fat Face shop.
Also, if Fatface/Next wish to support charities ( I like to choose the charities I support) then they should donate from their profits not, not charge their customers to do so.

Great service and excellent item (makeup bag). Simple online ordering with item speedily delivered for collection.

Ordered some earrings online. Fast delivery to my local store for free and kept in touch by email confirming delivery made.

Efficient website ordering process

I visited the store to exchange a jumper for the next size up. Rosie was very helpful as she checked the stock in store and then went through other options before finding the required size in the storeroom. Very pleased with service I received.

Fantastic experience in Bridport store. Was looking for jeans and the lovely Rebecca suggested a different style than the ones I’d picked up, was super helpful and in the end I left with two pairs. Thank you very much!

Easy to order free delivery to the local store and arrived in time!

The local shop didn't have my size so I researched FaceFace website. Ordered the frock - in a longer length - delivered to the shop. Love the frock ... it's just a pity the shop assistant didn't offer the service themselves or even mention to look online. They are missing out on purchases and smarty points.

How do you get them so soft and cosy?
They are so great as I suffer from a condition which gives me very sensitive skin and the warmth and softness is just amazing. Regular customer at bridport and getting to know the staff well. Very helpful and polite. Thank you

In store or online never had anything to complain about.Your staff in store is helpful but not forcing.online shopping has at times. More colours and sizes available , and promote and quick delivery.
