Returns Policy
So handy being able to collect my item (padded bucket hat) from a local Fat Face store. No p&p to pay. Their returns policy, had I needed it, couldnt have been simpler.. Inside the package was a self addressed envelope with postage free of charge.

The item I ordered online & collected from the store was too big but staff in the shop reordered the item with free delivery to my home. Staff were very helpful & delivery was quick & efficient.

I had my parcel delivered to store
I had my parcel delivered to store, I traveled the 12+ miles to Bridgnorth collected my parcel & returned home.
Where I then opened my my parcel only to find what I had ordered wasn’t in the bag. I had ordered a dress & what was in my package was a top in a size 12 nothing like what I was expecting.
Extremely disappointed.
** I then made a return journey, shop staff very polite & helpful**
but still needed to return via post office 🙁
