Extremely helpful staff and great value
My wife and I visited the Banbury FatFace shop, to check on my size, before ordering online, as part of the sale. I chose to 'Click and collect', and waited a few days, which was good.
I received an email telling me when my order was delivered to the Banbury store.
It fits well, was a great bargain (£25 instead of£55), and is very comfortable. Brilliant all round. Thanks.

Arrived quickly
Arrived quickly, and though sadly not quite and had to return. The salesperson in the Banbury shop was very friendly and super efficient. I shall be back.

The team were extremely helpful and very nice. We were exchanging sale items bought on line and they did this without fuss. We went on to buy several other items as a result.
