Terrible company – please avoid.

At the start they were great and told me my website would take around four weeks to complete. Fast forward six months, and all I’ve had are excuses.

They keep saying the website is finished, but it’s absolutely awful. There are so many mistakes, and the lack of common sense is unbelievable. I paid them to build me a professional website, yet I’ve had to hold their hand through every step of the process. I’ve had to explain things that should be obvious and even help them integrate products myself.

To make matters worse, they are now ignoring my calls and text messages when I’m simply trying to find out how this is going to be resolved. At this point, I expect at least a partial refund considering I’ve received nothing of value. All I’ve ended up with is wasted time, wasted money, and an unusable website.

Overall, it’s been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

Now avoiding all my calls and texts

We hired Fast Ranking to redesign our business website, and the experience was fantastic. From our first meeting, the team was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand our brand. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and delivered the project right on schedule. The new site is sleek, modern, and incredibly easy to navigate. We have already seen an increase in customer inquiries. Especially, Shaun have been really cooperative and professional during all the redesigning process. Would highly recommend to take their services.

They used mirror spoofing to call me from my own phone number. I am registered with TPS and they should not be cold calling to sell a service I don’t need. They also called me on a Saturday morning!

A great first call. Even if you aren't planing on looking for help with your digital marketing at the moment, it will still be a valuable call.
