Our car was repaired by Fast Track Services. The car was collected as agreed. The work was completed within three days. The car was looking amazing when it was delivered back to me. The receptionist was cheerful and efficient. Great service and happy customer.

It is almost a year now and my vehicle still have outstanding works despite numerous appeal. Hard to believe part they require are still on back order for these long. Very disappointed.

Sent my car in for repair. Chloe in customer service was so helpful and lovely.
I collected my car and instantly noticed the car bumper colour didn't match the car bodywork. I was told it was because the body was metal and bumper wasn't. It matched before?

On my way home the car bellowed smoke from the back passenger side of the car, I was so worried for my safety i jumped out of the car as thought it was on fire. Oncoming traffic was horning and flashing me to stop. A mechanic came out to the roadside and done something under the car. He then escorted me back to the garage where he called on 2 further Mechanics to help him under the car.
They said it was nothing they had done and perhaps i had the wrong fuel in my car or my engine was gone. Funily though the smoking stopped with whatever the 3 mechanics done to my car on the ramp.
I took my car to the main dealer who said there is nothing wrong with my car.

I made a complaint to Enterprise who are handling the Claim on behalf of Hastings Insurance. They sent out an insurance assessor to inspect the vehicle who said the work required remedial work. A person came out from the garage and the work was agreed.

Some weeks later I'm told the garage are disputing the independent report.

All the waiting has been very stressful.

The guys were great, showed up early which was great! They moved a 2 piece and 3 piece sofa for me, no issues or causes for concern and would definitely use them again! Great value for money!

Outstanding company! The team were extremely professional and did a wonderful job on our house move. We were in a position where we couldn't confirm our house move until the very last minute but FTS were understanding and made it work. Great job :)

My sofa was delivered by 1 company @2pm who refused to carry to my floor as it didn't fit in the lift.
I called FTS @14:06 panicking, not knowing what to do & if they could help me.
Shereen asked me to send over required measurements etc which I did & nervously waited. She got back to me & told me it could be done. I was so elated and relived.

As soon as the team got to mine around 19:25 they went straight to work and used their brain and brawn to get my sofa up to the 7th floor. They had already had a long day as they were at a booking just before so Shereen had worked her magic to get it to happen on the same day. Despite all of that the team were friendly and put me at total ease knowing my sofa was in good hands. Before 8pm my sofa was in my flat & the team were long gone.

I have them booked for another moving job coming up and already know it will all fine (especially as the lift can be used).
Shereen even called after to make sure it went all ok. Talk about a personal touch, I honestly felt appreciated as a customer.

I would like to say a special thank you to Fast Track Services as you have helped me in such a way words can't even comprehend.
I've already started telling people about how great you are and I would definitely recommend you to anyone without hesitation.

Fast Track movers are professionals and carried out the task with great pleasure.

From the first call to the last box was moved they showed high standard of efficiency. Am indeed impressed.

We had the full package with Fast Track packing up the house, cleaning the new house (including carpets), storage overnight, and unpacking. The team was very professional, friendly, and hardworking and most importantly took all the stress out of moving. If you are looking for a professional bespoke service this is the team! Excellent - friendly and flexible

We used Fast Track to move all of our furniture downstairs in our 5 bed house for a full carpet fitting.
Shereen and the team were on time, super helpful, worked really hard and above all were just great people to deal with.

I used Fast Track Services for my move from a 3 bedroom to another 3 bedroom. I called them last minute after being let down by another removal company. There service was more than expected all items moved with no breakage and no problems, including my 75” and 65” Tv’s and full glass cabinets.
