Do not use this company under any circumstances. We engaged them and paid them to remove and dispose of waste, including packaging materials bearing our names and address. Instead, without asking us, they reused the waste for their own purposes. We then received a £400 fine for flytipping. The company initially accepted that they were at fault and indicated they would reimburse us, but have not done so. They have also stopped responding to our messages, leaving us no option but to pursue a legal claim.

Brilliant service. The guys moved a lot of furniture for me and also dismantled a wardrobe. Lovely guys, nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend. Great communication too with Monique who arranged everything. They made a stressful situation better. Thank you!

I was really anxious about my move from Sussex to Lancashire. Prime made my move seamless. They helped with packing and unpacking, were great with communication and really tidy with work. I really recommend.

Used the company for a long-distance move from Reading to Leeds. The guys were absolutely amazing every step of the way, from managing to fit all our stuff into the van, the journey and the unloading, everything went off without a hitch. Everything was packed perfectly and arrived undamaged. They were great with managing anything that came up on the day. Pricing is more than fair and having travelled with them in the van along with all of the stuff went well too. Highly recommend, extremely professional, punctual and willing to go the extra mile.
