Fast Printing and representative Olivia are wonderful! Extremely fast and clear communication. Turnaround times are great.
The only challenge is getting the EXACT colors that you want. CMYK printing is difficult to manage if you are looking for an exact color. You have to be okay with a little variation. Other than that, the final product is beautiful! Will be using Fast Printing for future purchases.

While we always try our best, a ±5% colour variation is inevitable in the CMYK printing due to the nature of the process. For projects that require more precise colour matching, we also offer Pantone printing, where your job is printed exclusively for tighter colour control.

Unreliable
After spending over a week going back and forth on the design, I made the payment. The company then informed me that my order could not be delivered within the agreed timeframe, despite this falling within the ETA they had provided. I was also told it would take two weeks to process a refund. This was a complete waste of time. The company showed no consideration for how their actions impacted my business and proved to be entirely unreliable. I would not recommend using them.

As a print-ready file was not supplied, we offered complimentary design assistance. Some back-and-forth during the design stage is to be expected, and our team did their best to achieve the desired outcome.
Regarding the print schedule, from the initial quotation stage, we advised that production takes 4–5 business days, followed by 2–3 business days for delivery once payment is made and artwork is fully confirmed. As we’re based in Sydney, the final confirmation and deadline were received after business hours on Friday, which limited our ability to respond immediately. While we always do our best, after-hours emails cannot always be actioned right away, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We understand how important timelines are for any business. For future projects, if you have a strict deadline, please let us know in advance so we can confirm feasibility upfront.
While we do operate on a standard refund cycle, your cancellation request was actioned immediately and the refund was processed the very next business day. If you have any further inquiries, please feel free to contact us at info@fastprinting.com. We'll be happy to assist you further.

I have just received my business cards…
I have just received my business cards from FastPrinting and they are great. I ordered 600gsm cards and they did a great job. Nice and think and nothing to fault with the printing quality.
They were very responsive during the ordering process and happy to go back and forth guiding me with suggestions for the best outcome.

Quality is amazing
I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the printed materials. The customer service is also very attentive and responds quickly. However, there is one small downside: my delivery was unfortunately significantly delayed because they were not satisfied with the initial print result internally. They had promised me a refund/discount, but the money has not yet been transferred.
