Very frustating company to work with
Very frustrating company to work with. The nice range of products and good quality printing is massively let down by the incompetent customer service and slow shipping (to the UK).
My last experience was an absolute nightmare. The order had multiple issues, and instead of taking responsibility and offering a solution right away (like any honest and professional printer would do), they pretended that everything was fine and refused to help. The paper looked nothing like the sample I had ordered in the sample box (it was with their 'luxury papers', not with their 'eco papers'. There was no indication that this was recycled and that stock variations could occur, at the time of placing the order. They do not share the full info on the papers, and hide the manufacturer specs and references, so there is no way we can do further checks at the time of ordering). And sharing the details afterwards is not helping anyone.
Most importantly, they foiled the wrong side of the sheet. When a paper clearly has a textured side, that is the whole feature of the paper, using the wrong side is a massive mistake coming from an experienced printer (and yes, I had specified which side should be foiled when placing the order, just in case). Also, the order arrived more than a month after ordering (this is a company called fast printing, in case we forget. That has 'super fast' all over its website).
I offered to destroy or send back the faulty stock. They ignored that too. I
I had to send countless emails and escalate the issue for TWO MONTHS, until, finally, they reluctantly offered a reprint. I had to change my initial design to adapt to a new paper stock. The communication from the customer service team was appalling and unprofessional. They seriously need to be trained. I work with printers all the time, being a designer and illustrator for 10+ years, and this was an all-time low. What a waste of time, energy, and resources. Mistakes do happen and everyone is human. But not taking responsibility when that happens is the real problem here. Very disappointing company.

This review does not reflect the full context of the support provided in this case, including a complete complimentary re-print with your selected alternative paper stock and revised foil colour at no additional cost.
To clarify the timeline of our communication:
• The Nature of Recycled Stock:
The original order was produced on Gmund recycled stock made from 100% post-consumer fibers. As confirmed in the manufacturer’s official letter shared with you, each sheet in this range carries natural variation. These characteristics are inherent to premium recycled materials and are not considered production defects.
• Seeking Resolution:
When you expressed dissatisfaction with the texture of the stock, we explained that re-printing on the same material would yield the same inherent variation. We therefore invited you to select an alternative stock to ensure a more suitable outcome.
• Corrective Action Taken:
Although the original order met production standards, we proceeded with a full re-print of 500 cards on your chosen Materica stock with an updated foil colour, at our expense. You were also permitted to retain the original set. Written confirmations were obtained throughout the process prior to proceeding.
We respectfully disagree with the statement that assistance was refused. Substantial corrective action was taken to resolve the matter.
We stand by the quality of our production and the professional support provided.

I ordered bespoke chip boxes and chicken boxes and I’m genuinely over the moon with them. The quality is excellent — sturdy, beautifully printed and finished to a really high standard. The colours are exactly as approved and the branding looks so clean and professional.
The team were fantastic to deal with throughout. Communication was clear, proofs were sent promptly, and everything arrived on time and well packaged. It’s rare to find a supplier who combines great customer service with such strong attention to detail.
