Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that, after using us for around 15 months, your experience became frustrating enough for you to change supplier.
We appreciate this review was left some months ago, but we have revisited it because we do not want to leave things unresolved. We did try to address the matter at the time, but we have contacted you again directly to see if there is anything further we can do to put things right.
The issues you raised around invoicing, delivery notes, label quantities, and inconsistent roll specifications are all concerns we take seriously. We understand these problems would have caused disruption for your business, especially when labels are needed for manufacturing use.
Your comments have been reviewed internally, and we are using them to improve how we check orders, communicate specifications, and manage documentation before dispatch.

It would have been 5* if not for initial concerns
It would have been 5* if it hadn't been for the significant difficulties I experienced with my initial order, which had made me wary of dealing with the Company. However, some time later I was contacted by customer service, with the intention to ensure my concerns were addressed to my full satisfaction - which they subsequently were. Based on the outcome, I can definitely recommend this company.

I have not received my labels yet - since 29/01/26
Its been almost a month that i ordered my labels and they still have not been delivered!!!
I thought you called this service "fast labels"!!! This is more of "slow" labels and I am disappointed to say the least .

I spoke to many companies before…
We spoke to many companies before choosing this one. As a Uk based printing company we put all our trust into Fast Labels. They talked us through how to do a mock up draft of a label and even sent us a sample pack to show us different styles and designs. We choose a label that really stood out that we are very happy with. The labels arrived and the quality and colour of printing is to a high standard costing a fraction of the cost of bespoke custom boxes. We totally recommend Fast Labels for all your printing needs what ever you need they will do and in a professional manner. Thank you to all the team at fast Labels.

DPD fails to deliver Labels super but DPD delivery took 3…
Labels super but DPD delivery took 3 tries, their service terrible no comlaint procedure for failed deliveties I had to go back to Fast Labels twice to get my parcel

While courier delivery processes are not fully within our direct control, we recognise that the delivery experience still forms part of your overall order with us. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with multiple failed delivery attempts and to have to contact us more than once to locate your parcel.
