Really helpful and professional service from Ashley and Fast Labels. Had an issue with artwork sizing, but Ashley picked up the phone, explained it all and sorted it out for me, being clear about delivery and invoicing.

Excellent service and excellent quality products, I won’t go anywhere else!

I have had a great experience with fast labels so far. The whole customers sales and team are so friendly and helpful.
I am a first time label designer so I have no idea what I am doing and the team have really helped and guided me through the process. When it came to placing my order by phone, Ashley made the process so easy and I have come away pleased I decided to order from fast labels.

I placed my first order yesterday, and needed clarification regarding delivery times being a new customer. I had the pleasure of speaking to Ashley. He was very professional, efficient and answered all my questions and queries. Ashley is definitely and asset to the team - thank you!

I had a technical issue with drop cap lettering which didn’t display correctly and the Fastlabels designer corrected it for me, which was extremely helpful.
I have used Fastlabels several times for my jar labels and they are always very helpful and provide an excellent quality service with a rapid turnaround time.

Always super helpful with the labels, and extremely efficient on the times. I had a slight technical problem where the order didn't process properly after I had paid, but after a quick call and dealing with Georgia it was all resolved very quickly

Had an issue with my order, called and spoke to Georgia and she was brillant, very helpful and accommodating and was able to fix the issue straight away. I have been ordering with fast labels for the past 5 years now and they are very good in distributing my labels for my small business.

I realised there was an error on the artwork so contacted customer support. Ashley was extremely helpful, quickly taking me through the procedure to upload new artwork via the Chat portal. Thanks Ashley much appreciated.

Great Product, quick service !

Great experience! Customer service is second to none. Straight through to competent staff who always go out of their way to try and help with over and above service. If only customer service was like this everywhere else! Wouldn’t use any other labels services!! Nothing is too much, even with back and forwards changes. Today I had Megan and she stayed in the phone with me until I was happy with the requests I needed to make.

Dealt with a lady called Georgia today who knew exactly what she was talking about. Explained she would have to call me back with a solution to my problem and actually did!
Fantastic customer service from Georgia, and a great company to deal with. Will be using fast labels for all of our company printing in the future.

Fast Labels continue to excel - Todays little issue (caused by my client changing their order!) was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Ashley. That's what sets them apart from many other suppliers - a person to talk to almost instantly and a resolution found quickly. Keep up the great work.
