I ordered a watch (as a gift for my birthday from my husband) on 17th Dec 2014. Money was taken straight away and I received an email confirming my order and that I should expect my purchase in around 21-25 working days. To date my purchase has never been received!!!!!!!! Let's take her money and not send anything!! Fricken thieves. I am so disappointed as is my husband. I have emailed the company 4 times and I am still waiting on a reply????? Absolutely disgusting. Trading standards have been informed and we are awaiting feedback from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOUD BE BETTER THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY. I hope they are unable to sleep at night. They don't even deserve the one star!

Nie zamawiajcie nic z tej strony! Na początku grudnia zamówiłam torebkę Michaela Korsa. Pieniądze z konta pobrali szybko, ale niestety torebki nie dostałam... Nie odpisują na maile, nie ma z nimi kontaktu. To oszuści!

I never recieved my order which was placed in early Dec2014.I have emailed them several times but no response:( i guess i got scamed.

Looks like I've fallen in the same trap. Scammed out of my money for a leather jacket.

I wish i had read the reviews before i bought a bag from them it hasn't arrived and they are not answering my e-mails surely there must be someone we can report these scammers to and get our money back, any one with any advice please post !

I ordered a jacket in Sept and I still not recieved it and they've had my money....

I dont know if I will ever see the bag I ordered 33 days ago but they have my money either way. Also like everyone says they have no contact details and you wont get a reply via email, Although I am still trying. Its not worth a bargain. Avoid this like the plague!!

I ordered the Women's Nike Tiffany Blue...I wish I had researched this company before I had...Took nearly eight weeks to receive and they sent the wrong size...way too big for me...I have e-mailed them over and over and over with no response. Now I read in the customer service return policy section if the item ships from China they don't accept returns. WTF??? I will now have to try to sell on e-bay or Craig's List to retrieve my money back. Do NOT order anything from this site.

Because several of my facebook friends seem to have "liked" this company I assumed they were ok so when they sent out a bunch of postings on Facebook In November & December 2014 I thought it would be okay to purchase a bag for my daughter using their 75% off discount code. The code did not work, I immediately emailed them and replied to their confirmation email to me. I received no response this was on 03/12/14. Two weeks later after 8 further emails and threats to report them to Trading Standards I still have had no response but the money was taken out of my account almost immediately. I have posted on their Facebook page, shared my posts publicly, lets name and shame this terrible company, how can you have NO contact details, no address nothing on your website? DONT TOUCH THEM

DO NOT buy from this company. They buy clothes and items from China for a few pounds and charge high prices. You can get all the clothes etc that they advertise on their website on Ebay. They have a Coat advertised on their site for £129.99 and the very same coat is on ebay uk for £16.99. They even use the same pictures. They claim to be in Ireland but then say that if your order is more than 5 days late it may be because its coming from China..They are rip off merchants. Lots of people have not even got the items they ordered. Also the quality and fit of the clothes is rubbish. The sizes come out small so a 16 is like a size 8 or 10. AVOID

Horrible.. I ordered the black one. It looks nothing like these. First of all it is soo super thin fabric that doesn’t keep me warm.. Second, the hood has white cotton (not grey) on it that stops at the shoulders, not all the way down to the zipper like the picture shows. And third it had knicks all over it, including the seams. I have already emailed them and have not received one reply. Please do not purchase this product from this company.

They take your money and never send you a, prtduct.

I purchased a dress on line and never received a confirmation of my order or an email to confirm shipping. The dress showed up yesterday, took a month for delivery. However after opening the package and looking at the dress there is something terribly wrong with the dress. When I tried it on, the one side (where there is a small zipper) it is all puckered up from the bottom hem all the way through up into the zipper so the dress is completely crooked, and NOT WEARABLE!!! I looked up the "return policy" and because it was shipped from China, I cannot return the dress or ask for a refund? So what am I supposed to do with this dress? I don't believe any "ON-LINE orders" company should be allowed to take your money without giving you an option to return the merchandise when the item is completely not usable, wearable, and of terrible quality!!! Do not order from this company unless you want to throw your money away!

In my experience this website is a scam. Purchased two dresses and have not recieved. Have sent numerous emails and have never had anything back not even a confirmation of purchase email.

Last week I tried ordering two dresses. No confirmation email. Saturday I tried again thinking it was an error. I haven't been able to find a proper email, and on the website it refers to a non existing email address . Today I discovered that both orders have been charged, but still no confirmation email! I have tried contacting them on fb, several weird, non existing emails etc. I will contact the bank and have them withdrawing the money, but still....... Could be nice to sort things out properly!
