If I could give no stars I would. Ordered on 5/4/24 for an elderly disabled lady. Recieved a conformation email saying they had recieved my order and they would email when dispatched. I must add we paid for express delivery so we should have recieved by Tuesday the latest. We are now on Thursday I have emailed them twice trying to find out what's happend and had no response. No email to say its been dispatched. £51.99 stollen from an elderly disabled lady. Premium number so will cost a fortune to call them. AVOID AVOID AVOID this is going to be taken further as well as its absolutely disgusting.
I recently purchased a jumper online to wear over the winter months. My delivery arrived promptly and the jumper is great quality, lovely and warm.

Ordered last Friday before 4pm express delivery to get it within 48 hours. So should have been here Tuesday at the latest. Emailed yesterday as had no e mail to say despatched. Received an email from Yodel today saying will be delivered this Friday. So have e mailed again asking for postage refund as not met the 48 hour guaranteed delivery. This company uses a premium telephone number so can't ring them and they don't appear to respond to e mails. If I'd seen the reviews before I would have avoided ordering from them.

Hi I ordered today for my auntie the money was taken out of my account straight away and no confirmation email and when I checked my account said I have no orders.

Very happy with the service. Placed the order on 14th December evening and Yodel delivered our goods in perfect condition on Monday 18th December morning.
Ordered Mock Twin Set No 18329 weeks ago,still waiting.

Delivery has taken forever to get here, never experienced such slow delivery.
Get your recycling bin ready when the parcel arrives as half the parcel is full of junk mail!! Books and books of useless magazines (15 +) selling things you would never want.
I’d not rush to order again.

Be careful if like me you are a carer for a vulnerable person. The package was weighed down with 10 catalogues for various bits of overpriced tatt. 10 free lotto lines; thats a recipe for being hassled for months once they get your details: been there and have had to sort that out before. This would explain the charge of £5.95 for posting a couple of pieces of fabric; you are being charged postage for something you didn't even ask for. I also opted out of marketing so I will be reporting fashion not so friendly for ignoring my requests.
Contacted customer service as part of the order was missing which my mother had ordered. My questions were answered that they were out of stock and now unavailable and a cheque would be in the post to reimburse her. A helpful chap on the phone explained it to us, so just waiting now for an envelope to arrive in due course.
First time using this website. Wrong items sent to me. Emailed customer service and was ignored. I was buying clothes for my elderly aunt so she was disappointed too when wrong items sent. Waste of my money
If I could give a minus star I would. Absolutely abysmal service. Ordered 4skirts from them.5/5/23. After repeatedly trying to contact them, they say a delivery was attempted 9/5/23 and was refused! Since then I have not been able to get any reply to emails. It’s a guessing game as to whether I receive the goods or refund. And seeing as they advertise on most women’s magazines I think it’s ridiculous.
My wife ordered four pairs of trousers on a single order - all size 24, length 25". The final pair in colour mink never came close. Size was size 16 with a leg measurement of 27". As this is is so fundamentally wrong through no fault of my wife's, there is no reason why she should have to pay the return postage.
Ordered a Kaftan but the sizing is enormous - why no chest measurements given just the length. If chest measurement given I would have ordered the 12/14. 16 is my normal but 16/18 size is huge. So seriously it is your fault!! Why can you not be like other companies and exchange for a smaller size for free. The postage is exorbitant - so I paid £17.50 for the garment (with discount) then £10.44 postage/return - Trading Standards should be made aware of this company's policy.

I really can't understand the negative reviews, I have used this place a number of times and have found nothing wrong with the items I've bought, the clothes are in good condition, the shoes are great, at Christmas time I bought gorgeous toffee shortbread and fudge for presents which everyone loved. They also send you free gifts in the form of lovely bags or watches if you spend enough which I always do. The only problem I've found is they haven't replied to the emails I've sent them but I tracked down their phone number and the lady who answered dealt with my issue straight away. The number I used was 01377 249889, it belongs to Healthy Living Direct but Fashion Friendly is affiliated with them.

After spotting the advert in a TV mag ordered 3 front fastening bras as thought they would be perfect for me to put on due to mobility problems,unfortunately didn't get very far as the sizes are not as described so way to small.I have been measured properly so know my size,you also have to pay postage back which I think is wrong when the item is wrongfully described plus side very quick delivery. Have returned but no refund.Have now received refund for goods but not the 5.99 postage.Have now had the 5.99 refunded.Thank you.

I were on the verge of ordering a velour kaftan that were advertised in a magazine , but , thought it best to check out reviews for the company first . I’m SO GLAD that I did because after reading the terrible reviews for this awful company I decided to KEEP CLEAR. ! !
Why do companies run their business so badly , they have lost a customer in myself because of it .

I ordered a kaftan for my mum on 19th Aug. it was never delivered. I followed up with a call and after lots of transferring got to customer service department. They said originally, they couldn't find the order and then when I said it was on my credit card statement they said they would look into and call me back.
Well today after no calls I called them back and was told by a really unhappy man this was discontinued in Sept and I would of got my money back. I told him I had up my Credit card transaction up on screen and it was not on there; even offering to send a copy but no his response you will need to check with the bank!! They will not tell me anything I can't see but he would not listen!!
This service is a joke!!! Please steer clear!!!
Received the 3 skirts but fabric described as polyester was like crimpelene with a loose open weave, on walking in them they clung to my legs after a short while and crackled when I took them off just like Bri Nylon used too. Returned at my expense, signed for at Driffield on the 1st of August, now 5pm on the 17th and no refund. Phoned after a week with order number to see when refund would be made, told it usually takes 2 weeks. It's only when you get the order from the magazine advert that the invoice states on the back that a refund can take up to 28 days!!!!!!!!!!!!! Emailed, with order number this morning 17th to ask for refund today, no reply, no refund. I NOW APPRECIATE WHERE STAFF RESOURCES ARE ALLOCATED IN THIS COMPANY. Just wish I had read the reviews before ordering it looks like the management of this company have lost their grip. In a recession it's a short journey from success to bankruptcy if you alienate customers.
