Purchased Groupon Voucher for Treatments.
Booked 2 treatments. One was cancelled on the morning of the booking. they assured me the second treatment was available.
Arrived for my appointment, the building was locked up. managed to speak to a member of staff who had no idea about my appointment. Despite no one else being in the saloon, they were unable to complete my treatment. I left to discover that Shapins had charged me £25! non-attendance fee!

Note: Obtaining a refund from Groupon or the merchant can also be very time-consuming.

Absolute shambles! Merchant wants you to redeem vouchers before confirming availability of treatments. Sends numerous emails and texts all of no consequence. Cancelled my voucher and would not recommend this business.

I was booked for a wax. only got halfway through it as the lady (Aakanksha) was very rude, made me feel so uncomfortable and made inappropriate comments about my body and i’m not too sure she knows how to wax as I've still got hair where she had supposedly “waxed”. the manager and a lovely lady (April) were very helpful with giving me a refund and apologising but i won’t be coming back.

I had a visit to Farnham Beauty & Aesthetics recently for a massage and I wasn’t that impressed.
The shop was clean and the staff were welcoming. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and I was called up until 7 minutes after it was supposed to start. This was due to the rooms not being ready for the two customers that have booked for a massage. The staff doing the massages were on the reception desk so I fail to see why the rooms were not ready before hand.
The room was baking hot when first walking in which isn’t good. I was asked if I have had a massage before and I have, I also informed them I play sports and get knots in my shoulder blades, I still have the knots after the massage.
I got caked in lotion, there was so much lotion that it could of been used for another 4 people.
I was asked how hard I would like the massage, informed them I like it hard as I was there for a deep tissue massage. What I got was like a husband rubbing his wife’s back with very little effort.
I felt the staff member needed a lot more training on how to give a massage. Would I go back, probably not. There are better massage places out there that can do it.

So relaxing and great Indian head massage, would highly recommend to anyone needing to de stress. Would defo recommend Chay...

My favourite CND Shellac gel colour was skilfully applies to my fingernails and my toenails got the same colour in Vinylux after a lovely pedicure.

Great treatment with care and attention to detail, professional service, very clean and crisp treatment rooms after renovations.

Amazing staff with soothing ambience..loved it !!
