Simple positive experience
Simple experience to view, select, order and receive my frozen venison. Excellent product, well packed. Only minor improvement would be to know the individual species if this were possible.

Good meat, problem packaging
No complaints about the meat, although we haven't eaten any yet, but I expect it to be the usual superb quality. However, I wish there were some form of packaging that isn't plastic and is compostable. Also, what can we do with the ice packs? What is the liquid inside them? I like the wool insulation. There is enough for a couple of cushions now. I'm hopeful one might appear at Christmas!
